If you’re having trouble signing in to the Chirp app or website with your email address and password, we’d first suggest making sure you’re using the same email address you used to create an account on Chirp.
If you’re using the correct email address and your password isn’t working, then we’d recommend resetting your password before you try signing in again.
If you’re already logged in on another device, you can reset your password by going to your Account Settings. If you aren’t logged in on any devices, you can go to the Forgot password page and follow the instructions.
